This trial was held at Workin'
Paws Ranch
in Hollister. The grounds were perfect. We were
able to use
a two ring set up. The trial was not as large as usual on
this
date.
We had about 260 runs a day. This allowed us to have a pretty
relaxing trial. David Connet was are trial secretary and
Donna
Highstreet was trial chair. Jean Danver did the awards, Erika
Maurer was chief ring steward, Dave Grubel was the chief course
builder, Marci Hodes was scorekeeper. Mona Nichols
did a
great job of keeping us all feed.
Roger
Coor was the judge. The courses were fun and challenging and
he
was very helpful to There were a number if items donated for the NQ
raffles. And Donna brought out ice cream on
Saturday and
popsicle on Sunday afternoons which was a real treat, especially on
saturday when the temperature was in the 90s.
Three dogs earned ATCHs this weekend. That had us scrambling
around for poles. Surely, owned by Susan Paulsen,
earned
her ATCH on the 2nd Gamble run on Saturday. Chaps, owned by
Jean
Danver, earned his ATCH-SP on the 1st regular run on
Sunday. Liza Buckner's Annabelle nailed both her
regular
runs on Sunday to earn her ATCH-OP.
